Who operates this site
This website is operated by QIHENGDoorControls, the international sales and customer-service business within our door-control group. Our products are manufactured by our parent factory, Zhaoqing Gemei Precision Hardware Co., Ltd. Inquiries you submit here are received and answered by the QIHENGDoorControls team at the email address below.
What we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we store the information you provide (name, email, country, and — depending on inquiry type — company, purchasing purpose, or door details), the models and quantities you requested, and the page you submitted from (including any campaign tracking parameters in the URL). If you attach a photo or a document, we store that file alongside the inquiry and delete it when the inquiry is deleted.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you are contacted about it, for that follow-up. We do not sell this information. We do not send your contact details to advertising platforms — only anonymous campaign-tracking parameters and the fact that an inquiry was completed may be used to measure which channel it came from.
What this site does not do
We do not process payments or store payment information on this site. Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or a binding purchase.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry, and the correspondence about it, for 24 months after our last contact with you about it, and then delete it. Deletion is a scheduled sweep of the database, not something we do only on request. Where a record has to be kept longer — because the inquiry became an order, or because of a warranty claim, a dispute, or a tax, customs or other legal obligation — it is held for as long as that obligation runs, with the reason recorded against it, and no longer.
Where it is processed
The website and the inquiry database run on a virtual server in Singapore, provided by Vultr (The Constant Company, LLC). Inquiry notifications and your confirmation copy are sent through Google's Gmail service. We run no analytics, advertising or tracking service on this site at all -- the only campaign information stored is whatever parameters were already in the link you arrived by, and those are kept with your inquiry rather than shared.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your data
Email qihengdoorcontrols@gmail.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. You do not need an account with us, and we will not ask you to create one in order to make the request.
