Carton tooled and printed to your own design. Lead time starts once you have approved the artwork — allow for that round on top.
Packing
10 units per carton. Ten units to a carton as a rule, though it varies with the size of the model — ask us for the exact carton count, dimensions and gross weight for the model you are quoting, and we will confirm before you book freight.
Warranty
Warranty length is set per model. The product catalog gives each model a star rating, and each star is one year.

Tell us the model you are looking at and we will confirm its term in writing with the quotation.
Worth noticing that the fire series carries the shortest term, not the longest. The five-star grade is about materials and build, and our fire-rated models are built to a different brief — so do not read the star rating as a safety ranking.
What the lead time does and does not include
The figures above are production days, counted from the point the order is confirmed. They do not include shipping, and they do not include the artwork approval round on a custom carton — that one depends on how quickly you sign off the proof, so allow for it on top.
Freight, duties and delivery times to your country are quoted separately and depend on the destination, the quantity and whether you want sea or air. Tell us where it is going and we will give you a landed figure rather than a factory-gate one.
