What we are, precisely

QIHENGDoorControls is the international sales and customer-service side of the group. The closers are manufactured by our parent factory, Zhaoqing Gemei Precision Hardware Co., Ltd., which is why product certificates and test reports name that company rather than this brand.

We are not a trading company passing an order down a chain. That matters for OEM work specifically: a change to the body, the finish or the packaging is a conversation with the factory that makes the part, not a request passed to a supplier who may decline it.

What can be changed

Your logo on the closer body.

Your packaging — carton, insert, printed material.

A specification worked out with us, where a standard model does not fit what you are building. Tell us the door and the requirement rather than a part number, and we will tell you honestly whether it is something the factory does.

Finish. Our catalogue lists five stock finishes and says another can be matched on a custom order. Ask for a physical sample before matching one to a frame — the swatches we publish are approximate.

What we will want to know

What you are fitting them to, and in what quantity over what period — a door factory's needs and a distributor's stock order are different problems.

Which market they are going to, since that determines which documentation is relevant.

Whether the branding is on the product, the packaging, or both.

Minimums

A plain unbranded carton has no minimum at all — order one unit if one is all you need. Your logo on our stock carton starts at 200 units, and a carton tooled and printed to your own design starts at 2,000. Those figures, and the production days for each, are on our ordering page.

Marking the closer body is a separate question from the carton, and we do not publish a quantity for it. Ask us whether body marking is available for the model and the quantity you have in mind, and we will tell you what it needs.
