About QIHENGDoorControls
We make door closers. Not a trading company reselling someone else’s product — the closers we quote are built in our own factory in Jinli, Gaoyao District, Guangdong, on the equipment and by the people described below.
The factory has been making door control hardware since 2001. That is long enough to have made most of the mistakes already: the tolerances that matter, the seal that fails first, the valve setting that feels right in the workshop and wrong on a real door in winter.

Parent-factory manufacturing
Our closers are manufactured by our parent factory in Guangdong, China. We are not a trading company reselling somebody else's product, and the figures below are the factory's own.

Photographs of the production floor are coming. The set we had carried a marketplace watermark we could not remove cleanly, and we would rather show nothing than show that.

What we make
Surface-mounted closers
The familiar closer body fixed to the door leaf with an arm to the frame. Our largest range, and the starting point for most residential and commercial doors.
Concealed closers
Fitted inside the door or frame so nothing shows when the door is shut. Chosen where the opening has to look clean.
Fire door closers
Our fire-engineering series, intended for fire door openings. Ask us for the certificate covering your exact model and market before specifying one.
Cam-action closers
A different internal mechanism that lowers the force needed to push the door open, while still closing it firmly.

Working with us
OEM and private label. We already build to other companies’ specifications and branding. If you need your own mark on the body or your own packaging, say so in your inquiry.
Individual buyers are welcome too. You do not need to be a distributor to ask. Tell us about the one door you are trying to fix and we will tell you which model fits.
Everything here goes through inquiry. There is no checkout on this site and no online payment. You describe what you need, we come back with the right model and a price for your quantity and destination.
There is no minimum order on a plain unbranded carton — order one if one is all you need. Minimum order, lead time and packaging sets out the quantities and the production days for each packaging option.
Brand and manufacturer
QIHENGDoorControls is the international sales and customer-service business within our door-control group. Our products are manufactured by our parent factory, Zhaoqing Gemei Precision Hardware Co., Ltd., in Guangdong, China. Product certificates and test reports may therefore name the parent manufacturer. Each document applies only to the models and scope stated in that document.
What we do not claim
This catalog is being verified model by model against our own production records. Where a specification is still being confirmed, the page says so instead of showing an unconfirmed number as final. Where our catalog lists two possible weight ratings, we show both rather than quietly picking one.
Our production site has been audited by Intertek. That is an assessment of the factory, not of any particular product — the documents covering the products themselves, and what each one does and does not cover, are set out on the certificates page.
Beyond those documents we do not make certification claims here. Ask us for the specific one covering the model and market you need, and we will send it or tell you plainly that we do not have it.
